Tha KEY Program is a personal development framework created by Knowledge B that focuses on self-awareness, accountability, education, emotional discipline, and leadership. Originally developed as a peer-support initiative within the Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry, the program encourages participants to become the KEY to unlocking their own potential.
